This was one of the best painting shows I've seen in a long time. I didn't quite realize how huge this retrospective would be. I loved it. The awkward and strange application of paint somehow lends itself to a very powerful outcome. The paintings were larger than life literally and non-literally.
Goodness, I would have LOVED to see that in person.
I love her work and relate to it a lot
