Gail Potocki at Billy Shire
Gail potocki is the sweetest woman. She is so friendly and open about her process. It was great to meet her and talk painting at her opening this weekend at Billy Shire Fine Art. Her technique is very traditional with a limited palette, and she builds her own incredible frames.
